- Rock And Scott Snuggle pouches, cage liners, convertible sofas, and artisan treats take 1-2 weeks to process.
- Our Subscription boxes ship within 2 weeks of your first order. Recurring deliveries will ship every 30 days from the date of order.
- Rock And Scott merchandise and small animal hats ship within 3-7 business days.
- Wholesale orders require 4-6 weeks of processing depending on quantity. We will send you an email if it will take longer than that. Please reach out to us first before ordering if you need stocks sooner.
Yes,message us about your custom request and we'll get back to you with a quote. Turnaround time for custom orders is between 1-2 weeks.
Yes, just send us a message or chat with us within 2 hours of placing your order and we can cancel it right away.
We are happy to accept returns on unused and unwashed products.
To make a return of unwashed and unused snuggle pouches, cage liners, beds, and merchandise please follow these steps.
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for return confirmation.
- Please note that custom items are not eligible for return and are not refundable.
- Please carefully package your return in a new shipping box.
- Send and return the item within 30 days of delivery. All unapproved, used, and washed returns will not be accepted.
- After receipt and inspection, refunds will be made to your original payment method or through store credit.
Treats, forage mixes, salads, and hats are non-returnable.
Yes, you may purchase expedited processing by purchasing a rush order add-on. Faster shipping options are also available upon check out.
Unfortunately, we can't do local domestic pick-ups.
All customs duties and fees are shouldered by the customer.

Customers can also earn Rock And Scott's rewards points called "wheeks". Signing up for wheeks is easy! Just sign up for an account by clicking the "Rewards" icon on the bottom right side of the screen.
Here are ways to earn wheeks
- Registered customers earn 5 Wheeks for every $1 spent
- Instagram and Facebook follows count towards 50 wheeks each
- Patrons earn 200 wheeks every birthday

We don't offer shop discounts for certain charities at the moment but we do offer fundraising event discounts organized by USA non-profit rescues.
If you have a fund-raising event coming up and would like to request a special discount or donation for your rescue, please reach out to us with your 501(c)3 certification and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Wholesale items are already at discounted prices but we do offer the occasional additional wholesale discount from time to time. Please check our Coupons page to see current promotions.
Yes, just send us a message with your order number and we can issue a partial refund.
Products
- Do treats expire?
We dehydrate our treats on low heat for a minimum of 2 days to ensure a longer shelf life. If stored correctly, in a cool, dark, and dry place treats should last for up to 6 months. - Why did treats arrive with mold?
Since it almost always rains in Washington state, there is a possibility that your package may have been damaged by the rain while in transit. If your order arrived with mold, please send us a message within 48 hours of delivery and we will send you a replacement right away.
- Can I machine wash this?
Yes, all our 2-in-1 Snuggle Pouches, Plush Cage liners, and Premium Beds are machine washable. To ensure longevity, tumble dry low or hang to dry. - Do you restock sold-out fabrics?
We try our best to always keep our print fabrics stocked but some designs may be permanently pulled once we've exhausted all our supply or our suppliers run out.
- Can I choose what goes inside my box?
All our subscription boxes are mystery boxes specially curated by our maker, Kaylie. Factors that affect what goes inside your box are your theme preferences, your small animal's dietary restrictions or preferences, current holidays, our shop's inventory, and Kaylie's inspiration for that month.
You can choose the general colors, theme, or item preferences that you and your small animal usually deviate towards but not the actual item that goes inside the mystery box. - When will my box arrive?
We ship your first box within 2 weeks of your order. Recurring deliveries after that ship every 30 days.
Can I add my own logo or design to the packaging?
